MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS – CHEMICAL SPRAYS ARE A HEALTH HAZARD

I received another account from a woman who had observed similar reactions in the case of an old friend in her eighties. This old lady had been bedridden for twelve years following a stroke, paralysed from the spine to her chest. For eight weeks her organs failed to function, but then her digestion returned to normal. Still, the patient could not eat berries or stone fruit brought by her visitors, because half an hour after eating such fruit she began to feel a tightness and dragging pain in the bowels and experience flatulence, followed by diarrhoea. This condition lasted for about one or two days and the patient, understandably, felt miserable all the while. So she avoided all fruit which she felt might have been sprayed or fertilised with chemicals. The point was that she experienced no problems whatsoever if she ate cherries, strawberries, plums, grapes, currants, raspberries or blackberries that had been organically grown and not treated with chemicals. But whenever she did experience some disturbance, the cause was always the same – chemical sprays and fertilisers.
The lady who reported these findings had read an article in our magazine Gesundheits-Nachrichten (Health News) dealing with ‘sprayed grapes’ and was now sure of her observation and conclusion. She was glad to have discerned correctly the cause of her friend’s problems, even though she had been laughed at by some, who were of the opinion that the patient had simply been imagining these things.
Although the above causes of poisoning can be avoided if proper care is exercised, there are still other, undiscovered, sources that can be even more disastrous because their potential danger is not discernible.
